Mango Lassi

Mango Lassi recipe

Curd/Yogurt - 1 cup
Mango pulp - fresh preferred, 1/2 cup
Sugar - 3 tablespoons
Ice - crushed, 1/2 cup
Water - 1/2 cup or as required

Method: Blend all and serve chilled.

Fresh mangoes work best for a tasty lassi. Instead on making a pulp, I blend chopped mango pieces with the ice, sugar,and then strain the liquid. Its the same end result, with less work I guess :)
