Egg toast

Egg toast recipe
Serves - 4

Eggs – 4
Milk – 1 cup
Cheddar cheese – ¼ cup, grated
Coriander leaves – 3 tablespoons, finely chopped
Green chillies – 3, medium hot, finely chopped
Black pepper powder – ¼ teaspoon
Salt – ½ teaspoon
Bread – 8 slices
Vegetable oil – for frying

Method: Break and whisk the eggs together in a bowl. Add the milk slowly while whisking. Add the cheese, coriander leaves, green chillies, pepper powder, and salt. Mix well. Cut the bread slices in desired shapes (cut it diagonally for triangular ones) and soak them in the egg mixture one at a time. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the bread slices over a medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Drain off any excess oil. Serve hot and enjoy!
