Chicken korma (2)


We reproduced our chicken korma today. The only changes made to its recipe are addition of 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder and reducing the amount of green chillies to half. Have you noticed the subtle color difference?

hmmm...I think the earlier version looked better, well that's just me with my penchant for green chillies. what do you say about the taste difference?

Reshma - I too liked the green chilly version, taste-wise, and yes, will recommend only the first recipe for the kurma.
