Unda recipe
Time taken- 25 mins
For 2 people
(unedited)

Ingredients:
Rice flour- 2 teacup
Grated fresh coconut- 1& ½ teacup
Water- 4 cups
Salt

Method:
In a vessel, boil water, add salt & check if the salt is sufficient. Switch off the gas. In a big vessel take riceflour & coconut. Pour the boiled water & keep stirring it with a wooden ladle. Mix it thoroughly. The dough should be like a chapathi dough, but rollable consistency. It should not be sticky so take care that you do not pour too much water. Take a quantity of the dough which can fit into your palm & then roll it like a ball. Once all of it is rolled & done, steam it for 5-8 minutes & let it cool. Serve with chammanthis/chutneys.
