Join the fight against COVID-19. Drink Live Green Juice!
How does it work?
We are what we eat. Good Soil Microbiome = Healthy Gut Microbiome!
Life as we know would not exist without healthy microbes. There are over 10 trillion bacteria in our gut. Assuming 10 to 1, there would be one trillion viruses already in our gut. We are just microbe taxies. The microbes that are in your guts are primary drivers of your health. The fact is 99.99% of the bacteria in our guts are not only beneficial but essential. The 99.99% fungi are not only beneficial but essential. The 99.99% viruses are not only beneficial but essential. Every single bacterial, fungal, human cells have viruses in it. We would not be able to do other functions without those viruses. That is where we need to start looking at worlds within worlds. The way we live, the things that we consume, we have to think about the effect of those on our gut microbial population. It is
vital that enough energy and nutrients are provided to the gut microbes so that it can heal the body by itself.
