Chocolate idlee - microwaved version!

This post is a continuation to my previous post on chocolate idlee. We were a little curious to experiment and prepare the same dish by baking in a microwave instead of an idli vessel, and here is the result for you. You may want to give a look at our previous post on chocolate idlee (steamed version) for recipe details and pictures. The only alternative variation is to bake the batter for 30 minutes top grill convection 130 degree celcius. Allow it to stand for 5 minutes before serving. You may cut the idlees into bite-size pieces as needed. Hope you like these chocolate idlees in this way too.
