I tried this prawn recipe of yours.Easy to prepare when you are in a hurry. My R liked the masala very much but since the prawns where not very fresh the masala could not be absorbed by the prawns.Tried many of your other recipes.Just perfect and very very tasty.Keep up the good work and waiting for many more recipes from you.

I love this recipe! I was worried about adding yogurt, so I divided the masala in 2 parts and made shrimp with n without yogurt. Both turned out great! Now everytime I make shrimp, I make two batches of shrimp - fry (without yogurt) and curry (with yogurt)
