VCC 202 - Paneer Mint Pulav

Here is a delicious best-pulav-ever recipe kindly contributed by Ranjani to the group book project project 'You Can Cook for 'Feed a Hungry Child'.

In Ranjani's own words, "This is a very easy and quick recipe. I had made it for my husbands birthday, when I cooked this for my husband and guests, they said it was the BEST PULAV EVER!!"
