VCC 236 - Green Moong Dal Curry
Here is a homely favorite dish recipe kindly contributed by Jyothsna to the group cookbook project 'You Can Cook' for 'Feed a Hungry Child' campaign.
In Jyothsna's own words, "A powerhouse of nutrition and good health, green moong dal (whole) finds a place practically in all kitchen shelves. Consuming dal with rice or rotis which supplement essential amino acids, enhance the intake of proteins contained in dals. It is easy to digest and also contain traces of vitamins, fibre and minerals.Finding its place in everyday cooking, this dish is simple to prepare and served with roti. "
Statement of Endorsement: "I am pleased and humbled to participate in My Dhaba's group book project 'You Can Cook for FAHC Campaign', and do my teeny-weeny bit for this cause. May God bless everyone who make a contribtution in this group book project."
