VCC 247 - Mangalorean Fatty Sardines Curry

Here is a very traditional Mangalorean fish curry recipe kindly contributed by Veena to the group cookbook project 'You Can Cook' for 'Feed a Hungry Child' campaign.

In Veena's own words, "This is Mangalorean Fatty Sardines Curry. This curry you have to make it in mud pot (matthiyeche kundlle in konkani). Next day the curry tastes more better."
