VCC 252 - Gajbaje

Here is another traditional dish recipe kindly contributed by Shilpa to the group cookbook project 'You Can Cook' for 'Feed a Hungry Child' campaign.

In Shilpa's own words, "Gajbaje is a coconut based mixed vegetable dish served as side dish in Ganesh chatirthi and other festivals."
