Do you remember? - This recipe Tiger Prawns Spring Rolls at Rice and Noodles was the first place winner of VCC Q3 2003. This recipe and picture is kindly contributed by Mae Gabriel to the group book project "You Can Cook for 'Feed a Hungry Child' Campaign". She is currently living in Jersey, Channel Islands (an island off the coast of France and UK). A person who loves to eat and cook, Mae is a great photographer as well.
